Paying homage to both a special grandma and New Orleans
Jimmie Lou’s is a casual New Orleans restaurant concept from New Orleans native & chef Jeffery Harris, housed in Oakley Kitchen Food Hall. Named after his grandmother, from whom he inherited his skills and inspiration for cooking, Jimmie Lou’s is serving up the best Po’ Boys, gumbo, and beignets in the city.
What We Did
We worked hand-in-hand with Jeffery and Heather Harris to fully realize the dream of his first New Orleans-based restaurant concept in Cincinnati. Paying homage to his native city, his precious grandmother, and the food he holds so dear, we articulated these personal things through a meaningful and soulful identity.
