The Corporation for Findlay Market, coupled with CityLink, operates a restaurant with a very special added benefit—it employs students in the Findlay Culinary Training Program. The program is a 12-week commitment, teaching cohorts how to operate in a kitchen, in the hopes that they will be able to secure full-time restaurant employment after their time in the program. After the pandemic shuttered the first restaurant concept, we were approached to name & brand a new, more approachable concept.
