Project Approach
Chef Jeffery Harris and wife Heather Harris concepted Nolia in early 2020, bringing it to life after the pandemic in the Spring of 2022. Edelmade has worked with Jeff & Heather on previous concepts and were given full creative freedom to concept and create the entire visual aspect of the restaurant. Bringing in other creatives (Jill Gennett of Cove Interiors and Josh Flohre from Ink & Hammer), we collaborated to bring a sweet slice of the south to a quiet corner of OTR.
